With eight years of experience coaching women and men through strength training, fat loss, postpartum recovery, and body recomposition, her approach blends structure with empathy, giving every client a realistic plan they can stick to. Based in Kelowna, she trains clients in-person and online, guiding them with customized programming, nutrition support, and mindset coaching.                 Sydney's the best!!! I just finished my 12th session with her and instantly bought 12 more because she’s honestly amazing and I need her still 😆. She’s super kind and such a lovely person, but she still pushes me in the best way!! She knows exactly what I’m capable of, even when I don’t, and always catches even the slightest slip in my form and corrects it right away. She's always on it. My #1 goal with her is to grow my glutes/legs and when I first started, I was hip thrusting like 70–80 lbs because I didn’t even know I could do more and was just stuck in a habit.. but next week I’ll be hitting 225 lbs!
